Analytix Camp (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking a female Admissions & Enrollment Officer for its Garden East office in Karachi. This full‑time, on‑site role offers a base salary of PKR 75,000 with potential performance bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Respond to prospective student inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media, guiding them to suitable courses.
- Follow up with interested candidates, facilitate enrollment, and process payments.
- Assist in organizing webinars, course demonstrations, and ceremonies, including sending reminders and post‑event follow‑ups.
- Maintain simple records of inquiries, follow‑ups, payments, registrations, and refund requests using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Work toward monthly enrollment targets and provide brief weekly updates on paid sign‑ups.
Who Should Apply
- Individuals with at least intermediate education; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in admissions, sales, or customer support are advantageous, though fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Comfortable discussing fees, following up with students, and meeting monthly targets.
- Organized and able to keep basic records in Excel or Google Sheets.
