Hiring | *Agentic AI Developer*
We’re looking for a Agentic AI Developer to join our team and work on building autonomous, context aware AI system capable of understanding inputs, maintaining context, making decisions and executing actions across connected systems.
What You’ll Work On
• Build LLM based autonomous agents for continuous, high volume interactions
• Develop agent workflows for intent detection, contextual understanding and task execution
• Implement tool and function calling to allow agents to interact with APIs and internal systems
• Build stateful conversations with memory and contextual continuity
• Develop workflows for case creation, routing, follow ups, resolution and escalation
• Integrate agents with databases, APIs and internal operational systems
• Work with RAG, embeddings and vector databases for context retrieval
• Implement sentiment and intent detection to improve interaction handling
• Design human in the loop and escalation mechanisms
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure response quality, task completion and resolution accuracy
• Develop guardrails and fallback mechanisms for edge cases
What We’re Looking For
• 0 to 3 years of experience in AI, ML, software development or related fields
• Strong Python and API integration skills
• Practical understanding of LLMs and Generative AI
• Knowledge of AI Agents, RAG, embeddings and vector databases
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs or similar technologies
• Understanding of backend workflows, APIs and system integrations
• Strong problem solving mindset and ability to prototype and iterate quickly
• Personal AI or LLM projects and GitHub portfolio will be an advantage
The Challenge
The objective is to move beyond conventional chatbot implementations and develop systems that can understand, decide, act, monitor and resolve or escalate, while maintaining context throughout the interaction lifecycle.
