Audionic – The Sound Master is looking for a Merchandiser – Modern Trade to ensure maximum product visibility, availability, and brand presence across Modern Trade stores, including IMT and LMT channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Execution & Visibility
Ensure product availability on shelves according to planograms
Maintain proper product displays, cleanliness, and tagging
Implement POSM including posters, standees, danglers, and other marketing materials
Sales & Stock Management
Conduct daily stock checks and report stock gaps to the Key Account Executive
Monitor expiry, damaged stock, and stock rotation using FIFO
Achieve sell-out targets for assigned stores
Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with store managers, department heads, and shelf staff
Negotiate for additional display space, gondola ends, checkout counters, and other visibility opportunities
Reporting & Market Intelligence
Submit daily visit reports with pictures through WhatsApp or the designated app
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and new product launches
Share relevant market feedback with the sales team
Requirements:
Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree
1–3 years of experience as a Merchandiser in Modern Trade
Electronics or FMCG experience preferred
Experience handling IMT and LMT chains such as Carrefour, Imtiaz, Naheed, and similar retailers
Good communication and negotiation skills
Must have a bike and valid driving license
Presentable, punctual, energetic, and field-oriented
