About the Role
Bank Alfalah’s Internship Program offers students a hands-on introduction to the real world of banking. Interns will be placed across dynamic departments, gaining practical exposure to how a modern financial institution operates from customer-facing functions to internal operations and strategic support roles.
What You’ll Do
- Work alongside experienced professionals across various departments (subject to placement)
- Participate in structured onboarding and orientation sessions
- Gain exposure to real banking processes, systems, and workflows
- Support ongoing projects and day-to-day departmental tasks
- Attend learning sessions and mentorship touchpoints throughout the program
- Present a final project or learning summary at the end of the internship (if applicable to your track)
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred)
- Strong academic standing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Based in or able to commute to Karachi for the duration of the internship
