Hotel One Vogue Islamabad/Rawalpindi is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive corporate sales, increase room occupancy, maximize banquet and event revenue, and strengthen the hotels presence in the Islamabad hospitality market. Responsibilities: develop and execute strategic sales plans for room, banquet, and overall revenue targets; secure new business from corporate organizations, government departments, embassies, NGOs, and travel partners; build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients; negotiate corporate rate agreements; promote banquet halls and events; monitor competitor activity and market trends; prepare sales reports and track KPIs. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA a plus); minimum 5-7 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Hospitality Sales with internationally recognized hotel brands; strong network within corporate, government, embassy, NGO, and travel sectors in Islamabad.
