About the Initiative
Consoltra Cares is launching its Autism Learning & Inclusion Initiative a community driven program dedicated to raising autism awareness, promoting inclusive practices, and building meaningful support systems for individuals and families affected by autism. We are inviting passionate, purpose driven volunteers to join us in creating real, lasting impact.
Volunteer Roles Available
1. Digital Marketing
Promote the initiative across social media platforms, run awareness campaigns, and help grow our online community presence.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Experience with content scheduling tools is a plus
- Strong communication skills
2. Content Creation
Develop blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and awareness materials that educate and inspire.
Requirements:
- Strong written communication in English (Urdu is a plus)
- Creativity and storytelling ability
- Prior content writing experience preferred but not mandatory
3. Research
Support the team with data gathering, literature reviews, and insights related to autism education and inclusion globally.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to summarize and present findings clearly
- Academic background in psychology, education, or social sciences is a plus
4. Community Outreach
Connect with communities, schools, and organizations to spread awareness and build partnerships.
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage diverse audiences
- Prior outreach or advocacy experience is preferred
5. Event Support
Assist in planning and coordinating virtual or in person awareness events and workshops.
Requirements:
- Organizational and time management skills
- Experience in event coordination is a bonus
- Enthusiastic, proactive attitude
6. Design & Creative Support
Create visually compelling graphics, infographics, and promotional materials aligned with the initiative’s brand.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools
- A portfolio or samples of previous design work preferred
- Eye for detail and brand consistency
General Eligibility (All Roles)
- Genuine passion for social impact, inclusion, and autism awareness
- Ability to commit 8–12 weeks with flexible scheduling
- Self motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Reliable internet access and basic digital communication skills
- Respectful, empathetic, and team oriented attitude
