China Power Hub Generation Company (CPHGC) is inviting applications from fresh engineering graduates for its Trainee Engineer Program 2026. This program offers hands-on exposure to large-scale power generation operations and is designed to build a strong pipeline of skilled engineers for Pakistan’s energy sector.
About the Program
Selected candidates will undergo structured training across various technical departments, gaining practical knowledge of plant operations, maintenance, and engineering best practices within a live power generation environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day operations and maintenance activities under the supervision of senior engineers
- Participate in technical training sessions and on-the-job rotations across departments
- Support troubleshooting, inspection, and documentation tasks
- Learn and apply safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Prepare reports and assist in data analysis related to plant performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during training rotations
Eligibility Criteria / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BE/BSc) in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering discipline from a recognized university
- Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal work experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to work in a plant/industrial environment
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, technical software as applicable)
