Zones is hiring a Senior Deal Registration Specialist, a senior individual contributor responsible for executing complex deal registration and extension submissions and serving as a subject-matter resource for the team, working with OEM and security-partner programs such as Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, and Sophos. Responsibilities: process complex, high-value deal registrations and extensions within SLA; validate opportunity details against vendor/partner program rules; track registration status through approval, expiration, and renewal; provide updates to Account Managers and Brand Champions; maintain SOPs/KB content and support onboarding. Requirements: BA/BS degree preferred; 3 years in sales operations, order management, partner operations, or deal registration; strong attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM (Dynamics 365 a plus). Shift timings: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (PK Time). Full package includes life insurance, health insurance, complimentary meals, and in-house gym access.
