Duseca Software Pvt. Limited is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join as a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Project Coordination. This full-time, on-site role is based at the Software Technology Park in Islamabad and is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of experience. The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop professional skills in client handling, relationship management, and project coordination while working evening shifts from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience, build a strong foundation for a career in project coordination, and work within a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage client communication and maintain professional relationships.
– Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure effective communication.
– Facilitate smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
– Follow up on project updates, client queries, and pending tasks.
– Handle client concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions.
– Maintain clear records of client communications and project-related updates.
Required Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
– Fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
– Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
– Strong interpersonal, organizational, and client-handling abilities.
– A problem-solving mindset combined with a positive and professional attitude.
– Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and confidence.
– Willingness to work on-site during the designated evening shift.
Program Details and Benefits
This is a three-month Management Trainee Officer program focused on project coordination. During the first two months of the subsequent full-time role, morning shifts will be scheduled for training purposes to ensure a smooth transition into the position.
