Getz Pharma, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Pakistan, is expanding its HR team in Karachi. The company seeks skilled professionals to handle employee relations across its operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee disciplinary cases, grievance handling, and service‑related matters while ensuring compliance with internal policies and Pakistan labour law.
- Provide guidance to HR Business Partners on employee‑relation issues and support fair, consistent resolutions.
- Document day‑to‑day ER activities, manage case paperwork, and assist senior management with operational support.
- Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and legal compliance in all ER processes.
Who Should Apply
- Associate Manager – Employee Relations: 5‑7 years of progressive ER experience, master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or Law; MBA or LLB is an advantage.
- Senior Executive – Employee Relations: 1‑3 years of ER experience, bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or Law; BBA or LLB preferred.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector is desirable for both roles.
