Responsibilities
- Interact with healthcare clients daily via phone, email, and virtual meetings to answer questions and resolve issues.
- Monitor client accounts and track key performance indicators to maintain service quality and satisfaction.
- Work with internal teams to improve delivery and support client retention.
- Help onboard new clients by guiding them through processes and providing required documentation.
- Provide clear, consistent communication about service updates and performance metrics.
- Spot opportunities for process improvement and support upselling or service expansion based on client needs.
Who Should Apply
