IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Ensure stable, secure, and uninterrupted operation of IBM Integration Bus (IIB) services on the wireless platform by providing 24/7 Level-2 support, proactive monitoring, and effective incident resolution, while maintaining production and disaster recovery environments and continuously improving operational monitoring and system reliability.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Provide 24/7 Level-2 operational support for IBM Integration Bus (IIB) on the wireless platform, ensuring high availability and service stability.
• Perform regular housekeeping and maintenance activities on production and disaster recovery (DR) servers to maintain system performance, security, and reliability.
• Monitor system health and respond to alerts, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact business operations.
• Collaborate with development and application teams to conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring incidents.
• Manage and enhance the IIB monitoring framework, including the deployment and optimization of SMS and email alert mechanisms for existing and new services.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• Bachelor in Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
