Medicslab, a wellness-focused organization, is hiring an Executive Research and Development professional in Karachi to oversee herbal and nutraceutical product innovation.
Responsibilities
- Organize, supervise, and manage all new product development activities, including material procurement, trial batch planning, execution, and sample submission.
- Create product formulations that receive approval from Business Development, Marketing, or senior management.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Procurement to ensure timely availability of resources.
- Maintain effective coordination with Business Development, Research & Formulation, Marketing, Production, and Quality teams to follow the NPD process flow.
Who Should Apply
- Holds a Pharm.D, B.Pharm, B.E.M.S, MSc Chemistry, M.Phil Pharmacy, or BEMS degree.
- Has 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in R&D or New Product Development within the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector.
- Demonstrates strong coordination, documentation, and communication abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
