Responsibilities
- Offer professional matchmaking and rishta consultancy services to clients.
- Communicate with prospective clients via phone and approved channels.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable matches.
- Handle client inquiries, follow‑ups and consultancy requests promptly.
- Maintain relationships with clients and their families.
- Coordinate matchmaking activities to facilitate successful unions.
- Support clients throughout the matchmaking process.
- Achieve assigned performance and service targets.
- Keep accurate client records while respecting confidentiality.
Who Should Apply
- Female candidates with at least Matriculation; higher education welcomed.
- Basic computer skills – internet, email, office applications.
- Clear voice, good pronunciation and strong verbal communication.
- Extroverted, confident, sociable and comfortable interacting with diverse families.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to learn new software and work collaboratively.
