We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Management Trainee Officers (MTO) in Supply Chain Operations. Key Responsibilities
– Participate actively in end-to-end supply chain operations for e-commerce brands across platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart.
– Follow detailed written instructions to support daily operational tasks.
– Take ownership of assigned projects and contribute proactively to problem-solving and process improvements.
– Engage in structured training sessions and complete assessments to build industry-relevant skills.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
– Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
– Proficiency in written and spoken English.
– Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges with a proactive mindset.
– Willingness to take responsibility and learn through practical exposure to client projects.
– Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
– No prior experience in supply chain or e-commerce is required, making this role ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in this field.
– Starting salary is PKR 40,000 per month, with the first salary review after six months and annual reviews thereafter.
– The program includes daily structured training sessions lasting 1–2 hours, supplemented by regular assessments to track progress.
– Performance evaluations are conducted at the end of the probation period to support career growth.
– Work location is in person, providing direct exposure to operational workflows and team collaboration.
