• Qualification: Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree M.Sc. (minimum 3.30 CGPA) in the field of development studies, public policy or sociology, with majors in international economics policy, microeconomics, food system and rural development, environmental economics, globalization, or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university; and Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) from a recognized institution in Botany (plant anatomy, cellular genetics and physiology), Chemistry (organic, inorganic and applied chemistry). All degrees must be from a university recognized by HEC. Experience Requirements: Minimum five years of overall cumulative professional experience in the Government, Semi-Government, or Private Sector or Educational Consultancy. Specific experience in cannabis policy and cannabis licensing rules and regulations formulation/drafting, regulatory framework development, strategic planning/institutional development related to cannabis and hemp is mandatory. Experience of Operations and Enforcement in the declared hard/remote areas in the government sector is also mandatory due to the nature of the tasks. In case of higher qualification, experience may be curtailed up to two years.
