The GTO program aims to coach invaluable banking skills in young men and women with an aim to succeed in a banking career. Individuals with aspirations to rise to greater heights in the management hierarchy will attain a solid all-rouned and specialized banking knowledge through a training program, being mentored by the most learned coaches.

Eligibility Criteria

Maximum age up to 25 years
Minimum 1st Division in Matriculation & Intermediate
Minimum CGPA of 2.5 or 1st Division in Bachelors Degree from a HEC recognized University
Masters Degree Candidates (in process / completed) may also apply
