The Opportunity
Haidri Beverages (Pepsi) is looking for talented and motivated Management Trainee Officers to join their team in Islamabad. This is a career defining opportunity for fresh engineering graduates who are eager to gain hands on exposure in a world class beverage manufacturing environment.
As an MTO Utilities, you will be placed in a structured trainee program designed to build your technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and industry knowledge from the ground up.
What You’ll Work On
- Utility operations and day to day maintenance of plant equipment
- Energy management and consumption optimization
- Process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Preventive and predictive maintenance planning
- Supporting engineering teams in utility system management
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Who Should Apply
- Fresh graduates with a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience (internship experience is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Passionate about building a career in FMCG / manufacturing
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
