Fulcrum’s client, a bank, is looking for a seasoned Head of Sales & Distribution (SVP grade) to develop and execute sales strategies for acquiring and growing Retail Banking customers, aligned with Islamic Digital Banking objectives.
Responsibilities: lead and expand multiple sales channels including Direct Sales, Tele Sales, Employee Banking, Digital Sales, and Smart Branches; drive sales team hiring, onboarding, and capability development with HR; ensure regulatory compliance; monitor performance across channels; lead and mentor the Sales & Distribution team.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; strong experience in Retail Banking Sales & Distribution, preferably Digital/Islamic Banking; 10+ years of banking and sales experience; proven leadership managing multiple channels and large teams.
