Styletextile, located in Manga, Lahore, seeks an HR Analytics and Operations Executive to enhance its human‑resources reporting and operational efficiency.
The position involves creating visual dashboards, maintaining accurate HRMS data, and turning workforce metrics into actionable improvements.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain MIS dashboards and reports, interpreting workforce data for strategic decisions.
- Validate HRMS information, keep employee records up‑to‑date, and perform regular data audits.
- Analyze manpower budgeting, headcount trends, recruitment costs and the effectiveness of hiring initiatives.
- Monitor employee performance metrics and assess the impact of training programs.
- Support end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities, policy roll‑outs, and standardize HR processes.
- Automate reporting and workflow tasks using Excel, Power BI and HRMS tools.
- Drive improvements in HR KPIs and operational efficiency through data‑driven and AI‑enabled insights.
Who Should Apply
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Business Analytics, Management or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in HR analytics or HR operations.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI and HRMS platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving and data interpretation abilities.
