Paramount Pharmaceuticals has been manufacturing pharmaceutical products in Islamabad since 1994 and today employs around 350 people across its operations.
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function across our manufacturing organisation, covering workforce planning and recruitment, employee relations, HR policies and records, performance management, training administration, payroll coordination, labour-law compliance and management reporting.
Candidates should have 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or significant HR leadership role within manufacturing or another regulated environment. Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
