Macrosoft Pakistan is looking for a *Business Development Executive*

Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and results-driven Business Development Executive, preferably female, with excellent US English fluency and a strong command of the American accent to engage with prospective US clients and generate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
– Identify business opportunities through online platforms such as Upwork and other bidding portals.
– Prepare compelling proposals, bids, and client outreach emails.
– Communicate with prospective US clients via email, phone calls, and video meetings.
– Build and maintain strong client relationships and follow up on business leads.
– Coordinate with and report directly to the Business Development Head based in Pakistan.
Requirements
– Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a strong US accent.
– Experience in online bidding, particularly on Upwork, is preferred.
– Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Confidence in communicating with US-based clients across multiple channels.
– Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
