As a Sales Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in the real estate market by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and facilitating property sales while representing the company with professionalism and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:
– Understand client requirements related to real estate investment and provide tailored solutions.
– Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate landscape to effectively advise clients.
– Conduct client profiling to match property offerings with client demands accurately.
– Brief clients thoroughly on relevant property units to ensure informed decision-making.
– Provide demonstrations, arrange site visits, and ensure timely closure of sales deals.
– Follow up with clients to track changes in their requirements and maintain engagement.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to develop a sustainable sales pipeline.
Required Qualifications:
– A degree-level education or equivalent practical experience.
– A strong passion for sales, with a commitment to excellence and customer service.
– Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
– Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
