• Foundational knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies and procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively with employees and teams across departments in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel; familiarity with HRIS or ERP systems will be an advantage.
