HTMA Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated Management Trainee to support its procurement and inventory functions at the Lahore head office. The role offers practical exposure to purchase requisitions, stock management, and vendor coordination, ideal for fresh graduates eager to start a career in supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and tracking Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Maintain inventory records and update stock reports using Excel.
- Monitor stock levels and identify replenishment needs.
- Collect vendor quotations, perform price comparisons, and support vendor coordination.
- Handle procurement and warehouse documentation such as Goods Received Notes, delivery notes, and issue records.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, vendors, and project sites to manage material requirements and deliveries.
- Prepare supply chain reports and support physical inventory counts.
- Ensure proper filing and record‑keeping of all supply chain documents.
Who Should Apply
- Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Business Administration or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong communication, coordination, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively within a team.
