*MANAGER DISTRIBUTION & MARKETING SERVICES*
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, self driven, and experienced person for the post of Manager Distribution and Marketing Services to join our commercial team along with marketing services. In this pivotal role you’ll be responsible for overseeing the complete. operations of distribution and logistics.
JOB Requirements:
Plan, organize, and control the distribution of pharmaceutical products to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Managing National & Regional Distribution setup.
Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and other partners.
Implement and maintain inventory control systems, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
Partner with Marketing & Sales and communicate primary targets for all SKUs to distributors by agreed timelines.
Handle distribution-related complaints, product returns, and damage claims in coordination with Sales teams.
Coordinate with finance for distributor’s invoices management and account reconciliation.
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Supply Chain, Business Administration or Marketing
Experience: 08-10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical distribution & logistics..
Skills set: Distribution due diligence, compliance and safety knowledge, people management, strong negotiation, problem solving, inventory and incentive management on SAP.
