About the Program

Master Changan Motors Limited is inviting applications for its Drive Forward 2026 Management Trainee Program, designed to groom fresh graduates into future business leaders through hands-on training, cross-functional exposure, and mentorship from senior leadership.

Role Overview

As a Management Trainee, you will rotate across key business functions to build a well-rounded understanding of the organization’s operations. You will work closely with department heads, contribute to real business projects, and receive structured coaching aimed at accelerating your career growth within the company.

Responsibilities

Participate in rotational assignments across departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, or Supply Chain)
Support ongoing projects and contribute fresh ideas and analysis
Prepare reports and presentations for management review
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end business processes
Take on increasing responsibility as the program progresses, with performance reviewed regularly
Complete assigned training modules and workshops

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university (Class of 2025 or 2026)
Strong academic record
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
Willingness to learn and adapt across different business functions
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Leadership potential and a proactive attitude
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
