About the Role
Orient Ceramica is looking for enthusiastic and driven female fresh graduates to join our Management Trainee Officer (MTO) program. This is a structured entry-level opportunity designed to groom young professionals through hands-on training, rotational exposure across departments, and mentorship from senior management, preparing them for future leadership roles within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program covering various business functions (e.g., operations, sales, HR, or finance depending on placement)
- Assist departmental teams with day-to-day tasks, projects, and reporting
- Learn and apply company processes, policies, and quality standards
- Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis as assigned by supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing business initiatives
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt across different roles during the training period
Requirements
- BBA or equivalent 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply (prior experience not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to work full-time in Faisalabad
- Self-motivated with a positive, growth-oriented attitude
