As a Trainee Accountant, you will assist with daily accounting tasks under close supervision, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial records. You will gain hands-on experience processing financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and preparing reports. Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
• Assist in maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Use Microsoft Excel and accounting software to input, analyze, and manage financial data.
• Help prepare financial documents, reports, and summaries as directed by senior accounting staff.
• Monitor billing processes and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments with vendors and customers.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities by compiling necessary data and documentation.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records in accordance with company policies and financial standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and accuracy in financial processes.
• Continuously update knowledge of accounting principles, company procedures, and software tools through training and practical experience.
• Identify and report discrepancies or issues in financial transactions promptly to supervisors for resolution.
