Our 8 week Summer Internship Program 2026 is designed to give you hands-on experience across our key business functions:
Marketing & Innovation | Sales | Manufacturing | Human Resource | Finance | Supply Chain
You’ll work on real business projects some focused on local markets, others contributing to regional and global initiatives.
This means you won’t just learn how things work you’ll understand how impact is created both locally and beyond borders.
What you’ll be doing
- Work on projects with real business impact
- Gain exposure to both local and global initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different functions and markets
- Conduct research, analysis, and present actionable recommendations
- Participate in learning sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities
- Receive mentorship from experienced professionals
- Present your final project to senior leadership
What we are looking for in you
- Currently enrolled in the 2nd or 3rd year of a bachelor’s program
- Strong academic track record with a passion to learn and grow
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Curious, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Strong ownership and willingness to take initiative
- Proficiency in MS Office
