- Learn and apply Jira story writing best practices using Percipio training resources Gain hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and the Summit platform under mentorship
- Assist senior analysts in documenting user stories and business requirements
- Support the creation of comprehensive PowerPoint presentations documenting various Salesforce functionalities
- Help analyze current system usage and identify optimization opportunities under senior guidance.
Required Qualifications :
- BS Computer Science – Completed or currently enrolled in Final Semester
- Basic understanding of business processes and system workflows
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Added Advantage :
- Familiarity with any project management or ticketing tool (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps)
- Exposure to writing user stories or business requirement documents
- Basic knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodology
- Prior exposure to any CRM or enterprise business application
- Understanding of basic data concepts such as entities, relationships, and reporting
