About the Role
Ismail Industries is looking for motivated and talented business students to join its Management Trainee (MT) / Sales Trainee (ST) Program 2026. Trainees will work closely with industry professionals to gain hands-on experience across various business functions, building the foundation for a successful long-term career within Ismail Industries Limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of departmental projects and assigned tasks within established timelines
- Analyze business, financial, sales, and operational data to identify trends, generate insights, and support informed decision-making
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying efficiencies and supporting implementation of best practices
- Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and documentation to support business reviews and management decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Procurement, and Operations — to support organizational objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and business processes
- Actively participate in training programs, mentorship sessions, and development assignments to build functional and leadership capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- Strong academic record and solid understanding of core business fundamentals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or project experience in a relevant field
- Knowledge of industry tools/software (e.g., Power BI, SAP)
