YouExcel is looking for a confident, energetic, and target-driven Candidate to join our team as an Admissions Representative.
If you enjoy connecting with people, guiding them to the right program, and achieving sales targets, this role is for you.
🔹 What You’ll Do
✔️ Manage leads from first inquiry to enrollment
✔️ Explain our training programs and help prospects choose the right fit
✔️ Follow up consistently and convert inquiries into admissions
🔹 What We’re Looking For
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, lead management, and customer follow-ups
✔️ Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
✔️ Basic understanding of online advertising and marketing campaigns
✔️ Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
