Key Responsibilities:
– Handle outbound calls to deliver accurate information to patients and healthcare providers in the USA.
– Schedule appointments and conduct follow-up calls to ensure continuity of care.
– Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all communications and interactions.
– Meet performance targets consistently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
– Continuously update and expand knowledge of healthcare products and services relevant to the US market.
Required Qualifications:
– Fresh graduate holding a Bachelor’s degree.
– Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
– Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
– Availability to work evening shifts from 5 PM to 2 AM.
– Willingness to commute or relocate to Lahore, as this position requires in-person attendance.
