Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Transport position is available at a leading pharmaceutical company located in SITE, Karachi. This full-time role involves supporting daily transportation operations, including vehicle maintenance, documentation, and fleet coordination. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient management of the company’s vehicle fleet and related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
– Coordinate vehicle insurance claims and communicate effectively with insurance providers.
– Arrange vehicle repairs, schedule routine maintenance, and organize workshop visits.
– Monitor the movement, utilization, and upkeep of company and pool vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
– Manage the dispatch and distribution of vehicle-related documents accurately and timely.
– Oversee vehicle handover and takeover processes for employees, ensuring proper documentation.
– Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all transportation activities.
– Handle filing, scanning, and archiving of transportation documents to support record-keeping standards.
– Assist with day-to-day transportation and fleet administration activities to support operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
– Graduate degree in a relevant field or a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical Technology.
– Minimum of 6 months’ experience in transportation management, fleet operations, vehicle maintenance coordination, or a related area.
– Valid driving licenses for both car and motorcycle are mandatory.
– Strong documentation, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
– Ability to manage multiple transportation-related tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
