NSOL BPO is hiring a motivated Lead Generation Executive to work onsite at Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. The position is designed for recent graduates who want to start a career in business development and acquire international clients. The role involves using LinkedIn, Apollo, email marketing and social media to locate prospects while receiving hands‑on training.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential international clients and business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, Apollo, social platforms and other prospecting tools.
- Conduct professional outreach via email, LinkedIn and other communication channels.
- Assist in planning and executing email‑marketing and lead‑generation campaigns.
- Maintain accurate prospect lists and update lead information regularly.
- Coordinate communication between prospects, internal teams and management.
- Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships.
- Learn and apply new business‑development tools and strategies.
- Record outreach activity, responses and follow‑up actions in detail.
- Work towards predefined lead‑generation and business‑development targets.
- Continuously refine outreach techniques based on feedback and results.
Who Should Apply
