FTCPak, based in Clifton's Boat Basin area of Karachi, is seeking a proactive HR Officer to lead its recruitment initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Identify talent using job boards, LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
- Review resumes, shortlist candidates and arrange interviews.
- Communicate with applicants and keep hiring records up to date.
- Collaborate with department heads to clarify hiring needs.
- Support job advertisement creation and related recruitment tasks.
Who Should Apply
- At least two years of practical HR and recruitment experience.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
