Pakistan Refinery Limited (PRL), one of the country’s leading refineries, is launching an 18‑24 month Trainee Program to give fresh graduates practical experience and mentorship in the energy sector. All positions are located in Karachi.
Responsibilities
- Work on real‑world projects within your chosen discipline under the guidance of senior professionals.
- Participate in structured training sessions that build technical and professional skills.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support refinery operations and related business functions.
Who Should Apply
- Fresh graduates holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an HEC‑recognized university in the relevant field.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.00.
- Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal abilities.
- Disciplines include Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Environmental Engineering, IT, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Applied Chemistry.
